How To Handle Your Return

Simply contact a Customer Support Representative Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 5 pm EST and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) after you’ve completed our RMA Authorization Form via email. We will not accept any return without an RMA # authorized from Fit Vintage. Please be sure not to write on or mark the retail packaging of the item. Simply use the box we shipped it in to return it to us and make any and all markings on that. Fit Vintage reserves the right to deny any return that does not adhere to our said policies above.
