There are 5 exercises, which you’ll do for 45 seconds each. There will be a 15-second rest in between and we’ll go 2 rounds for a total 10 minutes.

10-MINUTE HOME ABS WORKOUT!

1. PLANK.

Unfortunately, most of the people don’t understand how much power planks have when it comes to building strong abs. This exercise helps develop strength in the core, shoulders, arms and glutes.

2. LEG RAISES.

This exercise helps in building stronger abs, increase stability and strength, burn belly fat and tone your body. Leg Raises completely isolates the rectus abdominal muscle which helps in toning your stomach.

3. LYING TOE TOUCHES.

The lying toe touching ab exercise primarily works your rectus abdominal muscle- the muscle that makes up your six-pack. It includes your side obliques, transverse abdominis, back stabilizers and pelvic floor.

4. REVERSE CRUNCHES.

It exercises the full length of the six pack muscle, getting to the deep lower abs. This exercise can help you get a shredded, strong core while avoiding the pitfalls of the common Crunch. 

5. SIT-UPS.

Sit-ups is a perfect exercise for building core strength and increasing your overall fitness. Try to do as many sit-ups as  you can  in 45 seconds.

6. RUSSIAN TWISTS.

This is a popular core exercise that improves oblique strength and definition. In this position, your abs contract to maintain the sit-up position and your obliques help to rotate your torso. Holding a med ball or plate makes the movement lil more difficult.
